Thiruvananthapuram: P.V. Anwar MLA has publicly revealed a complaint against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s political secretary, P. Sasi, which was submitted to the CPI(M) state secretary. The complaint alleges that Sasi is involved in gold smuggling and has been extorting large sums of money by manipulating cases for settlements. Anwar shared the complaint on Facebook.
The complaint states that Sasi is implicated in the gold smuggling case, is involved in financial disputes to the extent of receiving commissions, and has orchestrated settlements for cases. It also claims that Sasi is behind a case against Anwar related to remarks about Rahul Gandhi. Additionally, it mentions that Sasi has been collecting phone numbers of women who bring complaints to the Chief Minister’s office and has been specifically inquiring about how investigations into their cases are progressing. Some women have alleged that Sasi spoke to them in a flirtatious manner, and they are no longer responding to his calls.
Anwar has asserted that if Sasi continues in this position, it will lead to unbearable disgrace and embarrassment for both the party and the Chief Minister soon. He has requested a thorough investigation from the party regarding these allegations and urged appropriate actions to be taken.
