The goal is to reach consensus on all decisions, stated the Prime Minister during the NDA meeting.

Date:

On June 7th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his commitment to ensuring unity in all the decisions made by his upcoming government. He emphasized that the NDA is a cohesive alliance that prioritizes the principle of ‘nation first’.

Modi further stated that the NDA government will prioritize good governance, development, and improving the quality of life over the next decade. As the chosen leader of the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance for his third term as Prime Minister, he emphasized the importance of these goals. He also highlighted that mutual trust forms the foundation of this alliance, and they are dedicated to upholding the principle of ‘Sarva Panta Sambhava’ (equality among all castes).

Modi confidently stated, “If we consider the history of coalitions and evaluate them based on numbers, this coalition government is the strongest.”

There have been efforts to undermine this triumph and overshadow it with the ‘shadow of defeat’. However, all such attempts have proven to be unsuccessful… Such endeavors are thwarted at the outset. It transpired,” stated PM Modi during the NDA Parliamentary Party gathering.

N. Chandrababu Naidu (TDP), Nitish Kumar (JDU), Eknath Shinde (Shiv Sena), Chirag Paswan (LJP-RV), H.D. Kumaraswamy (JDS), Ajit Pawar (NCP), Anupriya Patel (Apna Dal-S) and Pawan Kalyan (Jana Sena) were present at the meeting alongside the newly elected Lok Sabha members from the ruling coalition.

He extended his congratulations to the NDA leaders who emerged victorious in the Lok Sabha elections and urged them to also acknowledge the efforts of the thousands of grassroots workers who contributed to this success.

This is the most successful alliance in the history of our nation. It has successfully completed three terms and is now embarking on its fourth term.

He emphasized that the NDA is not merely a coalition of parties striving for power, but rather a dedicated alliance that prioritizes the well-being of the nation.

Modi stated that the ‘India Alliance’ parties have joined forces solely for the Lok Sabha elections. He criticized this approach, highlighting it as a reflection of their character and hunger for power.

“For me, the NDA represents a new India, a developed India, and an aspirational India,” he expressed.

“Our previous ten years were just a glimpse of what is to come. We will work even harder for the progress and development of our country.” The Prime Minister also indicated that opposition MPs are expected to contribute to nation-building when they participate in Parliament.

Taking a dig at the Congress, he pointed out that the opposition party failed to even reach 100 seats, whereas the BJP alone won more seats in this election than the Congress did in the last three Lok Sabha elections combined.

“We are delighted that one of our representatives has won in Kerala for the first time. We are performing exceptionally well in Arunachal Pradesh. We have almost achieved a ‘clean sweep’ in Sikkim as well. This is a momentous victory for Andhra Pradesh. Furthermore, it will be evident that the NDA’s vote share has increased in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

“Throughout the past decade, we have strived to elevate our country to new heights of success. A common thread that binds all pillars of NDA leadership is the commitment to good governance,” Modi clarified.

“Each NDA leader has ensured good governance across India whenever they have had the opportunity to serve. NDA has become synonymous with good governance,” he concluded.
