Exit Poll Results for Maharashtra and Jharkhand Predict NDA Victory

Mumbai: Exit poll results have been released following the elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. According to the initial results, the exit polls predict that the NDA (National Democratic Alliance) will come to power in both states.

As per the People’s Pulse exit poll, the ruling Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra is expected to secure a strong victory. The NDA is predicted to win between 175-195 seats, while the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance is projected to win between 85-112 seats. According to P-Marc, Mahayuti is expected to win between 137 and 157 seats, while MVA is predicted to trail behind, winning between 126-146 seats. The Metrix Survey forecasts Mahayuti winning between 150 and 170 seats, with MVA securing 110 to 130 seats. The Lokshahi-Marathi Rudra Survey predicts Mahayuti winning between 128 and 142 seats, while MVA is expected to win between 125 and 140 seats, and others are projected to win between 18 and 23 seats.

In Maharashtra, where there are 288 assembly constituencies, Mahayuti and MVA are directly contesting against each other, with 4,136 candidates seeking the people’s mandate.

In Jharkhand, most exit polls predict that BJP will come to power independently. However, according to Axis My India, the JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) is expected to secure a majority.
