Actor Jayasurya Denies False Sexual Allegations; Vows Legal Battle

Malayalam Actor Jayasurya has stated that the sexual allegations against him are entirely false. On Facebook, the actor mentioned that the truth will eventually come out and that he is prepared for a legal battle. He also noted that he is currently in the U.S. with his family for personal reasons, and he will pursue legal action as soon as he returns.

In his Facebook post, Jayasurya mentioned that today is his birthday and expressed gratitude to those who made this birthday the most painful one. He reflected on the fact that facing false allegations is as painful as facing actual abuse. He stated that while lies may travel the world, the ultimate victory will belong to the truth.

Recently, a police case was filed against actor Jayasurya on charges of sexual misconduct. The Cantonment Police in Thiruvananthapuram have filed the case under non-bailable sections. The allegations include charges under IPC sections 354, 354A, and 509 for sexually assaulting and molesting the actress near a restroom during a film shoot at the Secretariat. The case includes non-bailable sections alongside charges of sexual assault and insult to a woman’s modesty.
