Actress Alleges Sexual Misconduct by Leading Actor and Director in Testimony Before Hema Committee

Kochi: A prominent actress has reportedly testified before the Justice Hema Committee against a leading actor and a director. According to her statement, the director attempted sexual assault by calling her into a room for a discussion, pushing her onto a bed, and then she had to flee after screaming. The actress described these events in her testimony, as reported by Reporter TV.

During the filming of a song, the leading actor allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct by touching the actress’s private parts multiple times. Despite her attempts to resist, she was unsuccessful. The actress mentioned that similar experiences have occurred with this actor and that it is a common issue where he habitually touches actresses inappropriately, according to the Hema Committee report.

Additionally, the actress reported an incident involving a stunt master who allegedly threatened to attack her on set if she did not comply. She was subsequently assaulted during filming and had to be hospitalized. The report also mentioned that technical staff were involved in the incident, and the actress claimed that women are often treated merely as bodies, according to the channel’s report.
