New Delhi: On Friday, August 16, the Election Commission announced the complete schedule for the upcoming assembly elections in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir. The Haryana Assembly elections will be conducted in a single phase on October 1, with results to be declared on October 4. These elections will cover 90 assembly seats in Haryana.
In Jammu and Kashmir, the assembly elections will take place in three phases: September 18, September 25, and October 1. Results for these elections will also be announced on October 4. The Jammu and Kashmir elections will also be for 90 assembly seats in the Union Territory.
