3 more including a doctor stranded in TVM medical college lift

Thirananthapuram: Followef by an incident on saturday Ramachandran,a patientd who was trapped in a malfunctioning lift in The Medical College , Thiruvananthapuram, today on tuesday, in a similar incident, other three persons,incuding a doctor in the same hospital along with a critical care patient and his bystander, were also held captive inside another lift which haulted on their way from the emergency ward, seconds after they got into it .
It took around 15 minutes to rescue them. This was possible only because some security personnel could notice them enterining the lift.

The people who were witnessing the whole scene bitterly criticised the reckless,and irresponsible way the hospital authorities take such serious matters very lightly.

Ramachandran who was trapped in the lift on Saturday,said to the media after he heaved a sigh of relief ,that since he had no access to let anybody know his distressful condition,finally thought of writing a last letter before his drawing the last breath.
