Kalpetta: In the wake of profound emotional turmoil, Jensen bid a sorrowful farewell, leaving his beloved fiancée Shruti behind. As his body was prepared for the final rites, the sea of grief overflowed, not only among Jensen’s family members but also among the many who came to pay their respects.
Sruti, who had lost nine family members including his parents and sister in the landslide at Mundakkai-Chooralmala in Wayanad, was Jenson’s promised bride. Jensen, a resident of Andoor, Wayanad, was critically injured in an accident involving an Omni van and a private bus at Vellarampunnam. Due to uncontrolled bleeding, Jensen was in critical condition at a private hospital in Meppadi. Despite all possible efforts by doctors, he could not be saved.
