The UEFA European Football Championship, also known as the Euro Cup, is a prestigious tournament that showcases the national teams of European countries under the European Football Association. This championship has been a part of the football landscape since 1960, with competitions taking place every four years.

In 2024, Germany will have the honor of hosting the Euro Cup. A total of 24 teams will be participating in the tournament, vying for the coveted title. The excitement will commence on Saturday morning at 12.30 IST, as hosts Germany face off against Scotland. Football enthusiasts from all corners of the globe are eagerly anticipating the performances of football powerhouses such as France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, England, Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy. The grand finale is scheduled for July 15.

The 24 participating teams have been divided into six groups.

Group ‘A’ consists of Germany, Scotland, Hungary, and Switzerland.

Group ‘B’ features Spain, Croatia, Italy, and Albania. Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia, and England make up Group ‘C’.

Group ‘D’ includes Poland, Netherlands, Austria, and France. Belgium, Slovakia, Romania, and Ukraine form Group ‘E’.

Lastly, Group ‘F’ will see Turkey, Georgia, Portugal, and Czech Republic battling it out.

Most of the matches will take place at 12.30 AM IST, with a few exceptions scheduled for 6.30 PM and 9.30 PM.
