Washington: There was another attempt to attack American presidential candidate Donald Trump. The incident occurred while Trump was playing golf in Florida. However, before the assailant, who was hidden, could shoot, the Secret Service subdued him. Ryan Wesley Roth, aged 28, is currently in custody. An AK-47 rifle was found with him. Meanwhile, Trump stated that he was safe and assured that no one is in danger.
The Secret Service shot the attacker. Although the assailant attempted to escape, he was subdued and taken into custody by the Secret Service. In addition to the AK-47 rifle, two backpacks, and a GoPro camera were also found with him.
The person in custody was noted for his strong pro-Ukraine stance on social media regarding the Russia-Ukraine war. The police also reported that he had attempted to recruit soldiers for Ukraine.
