Ponkunnam: The Ponkunnam police have filed a case against a makeup artist following a complaint by a young woman who alleged that he behaved inappropriately on a film set. The complaint was lodged against the makeup artist, Saji Korattik, by a native of Kollam. The incident in question took place in 2014.
The woman testified before the Hema Committee that the makeup artist acted disrespectfully while they were shooting in the Ponkunnam station area. After filing a complaint with the Kollam SP, the case was forwarded to the Ponkunnam station. Based on this, the Ponkunnam police took action.
The case, registered on September 23, has been handed over to a special investigation team, which will gather further evidence.
